Thank you for your interest in joining the Oregon Science Project NGSS Learning Facilitator Team. The Oregon Science Project was launched in the winter of 2017 to bring educators together in community for regional leadership in support of the implementation of the Next Generation Science Standards/Oregon 2014 Science Standards.

We are seeking applicants who want to dive deep into the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and who are willing to facilitate others in their learning as we build a network of instructional leaders across Oregon. Our focus will be on how the implementation of NGSS instruction and assessment will help build an equitable system of science education where every child in Oregon has access to high quality experiences. Applicants from rural and semi rural areas are being sought as well as those with diverse cultural, ethnic, and international perspectives. If you bring these attributes and experiences, please be sure to include them in your application.

Applications are due March 11th and once you have submitted your application, you will be notified of its receipt.

Thank you! - The Oregon Science Project Team www.oregonscienceproject.org
