This application/registration for booth (table) space at the 53rd Annual OSTA Fall conference will become a contract upon your acceptance.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Breakfast, Lunch, Exhibit Hall refreshments, or Banquet.
You can also sponsor refreshments in the exposition hall, a part of the awards banquet, or a part of the lunch. We will prominently identify your organization as an OSTA sponsor in the program. You can also purchase special advertising space in the Program Book.

Notes and Regulations:
1) Setup of exhibits can begin at 5:00PM until 9:00PM on Thursday Oct 11th and from 6:30 AM until 8:00AM on October 14th. Take-down will be after 3:00PM, on Friday, Oct 12

2) Exhibitor areas include one six-foot table, two chairs, electricity, and free wireless internet access.

3) The exhibition hall will be open to attendees from 8:00AM through 3:30PM on October 12th. A door prize drawing will be held in the exhibit hall beginning at 3:00PM.

4) The hall gets really busy at lunchtime. Free lunches will be brought to all reps by student guides.
